Flute Studio - Recitals
Our next Flute Studio Recital is scheduled for:
April 25, 2010, 4:00pm at the Trinity United Methodist Church located at
2084 Wilson Pike in Franklin, TN
Recitals are a great opportunity for students to prepare for and participate in a concert –
learning proper decorum and gives parents the ability to hear the improvement in their
child's musical progress.
Participation in Flute Studio Recitals is encouraged, but not mandatory.
Students will arrive at 3pm, 1 hour prior to recital time to allow for rehearsal, tuning and
preparation (it is recommended that parents drop off students and return at recital time).
There will be a $20/per family recital fee (which covers part of the cost of an
accompanist and programme printing ). Recitals will not run longer than 1 hour, and the
audience should be prepared to remain seated during the entire time.

- Students must have the selected recital piece satisfactorily prepared 1 month
prior to the recital date. - Students must attend all scheduled accompaniment rehearsal sessions.

(it is recommended that parents drop off students and return at recital time). - Students shall not talk or make any inappropriate sounds or gestures during
performances. - Concert dress shall be dresses or a nice blouse and skirt for girls, nice pants and a
shirt and tie for boys.
